Hours & Rates
The recommended minimum age for enrollment at Pacifica is 3 years old, although a limited number of children aged 2 ½ are enrolled if they meet the readiness requirements.
The first step for admission is to schedule a parent tour. The tours are usually one-on-one with the director rather than a parent, to ensure that your questions can be fully answered. Tours are scheduled for the morning so that you may observe a class in session. If you would like to speak with any Pacifica Montessori parents, please let us know and we’d be happy to connect you.
Because there are so few Montessori Elementary schools in Los Angeles, Pacifica Montessori welcomes many Montessori elementary students from surrounding Montessori schools. We also accept a limited number of students from traditional programs if there is a good fit between the child and our school.
Although Pacifica Montessori will enroll students throughout the year, the majority of openings occur at the beginning of summer through early fall. Priority enrollment is given to siblings, children who are ready to start immediately, and Heather Village residents.
We do not deny admission to a child or family because of race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or political beliefs.

Pacifica Montessori School’s summer program is especially crafted to the needs and interests of your children. Weekly themes like Baking, Simple Machines, 3D Art, and Marine Life are complemented by onsite experiences and offsite field trips. In the summer, enrollment is weekly to accommodate vacations. You reserve and pay in advance only for the weeks you will use during the summer.
